About Housemartins Architectural Services
Housemartins is happy to announce the opening of our new head office based in The High Street, Seaford, East Sussex.
Housemartins has been established since 2004 by John Gray BSc (Surv) MRICS, an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and previously head of department at a large Brighton based company of Chartered Building Surveyors. John has been joined in April 2006 by Lee Potterton BSc (Hons) MRICS.
The business has grown gradually in spite of the recent significant downturn|economic downturn within the residential property marketplace. We provide a broad range of solutions to private and commercial clientele and have progressively developed our good reputation within the industry.
We currently have three divisions: Housemartins Property Management, for residential block management; Housemartins Chartered Surveyors, for residential and commercial surveying and Housemartins Architectural Consultants for Commercial and Residential Architectural Services.

John qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1984 and was Head of Department at a large Brighton firm before setting up Housemartins in 2004
He has extensive experience of seafront property, Listed Buildings, and Landlord & Tenant matters.
John is a member of Pyramus & Thisbe Club for Party Wall surveyors and holds a Diploma in Housing Management.

Lee obtained an Honours degree in Estates Management before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000.
He is an experienced Surveyor and Valuer for residential property in East and West Sussex and neighbouring counties. He also worked in a commercial/residential agency.

He previously worked in the entertainment industry as a partner within a successful agency in London as an agent and negotiator.
